This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in El Paso, TX, for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing and preparing financial records, analyzing financial statements, handling financial data, and preparing tax returns. The role involves maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Collaboration with the accounting team and close adherence to deadlines and compliance regulations are essential.

• Proficiency in financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance
• Strong skills in tax preparation, compliance, and knowledge of current tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet tools, and financial data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and time‑management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification or progress toward certification is preferred
• Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
