Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant at our El Paso, TX, location. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, assisting with bookkeeping, utilizing accounting software, conducting financial transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The role also includes managing records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Financial Statements and general finance concepts
- Experience with Accounting, Accounting Software, and related practices
- Strong skills in Bookkeeping and organizational record-keeping
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar accounting or finance role
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related financial tools
