We are seeking a talented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. This role supports accounting department by performing routine bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow within an accounting or administrative environment.

• Enter and update financial transactions in accounting software
• Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements
• Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, Quick Books, and basic accounting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
