A woman-owned body shop is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper - Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the financial operations of an automotive and property management business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Quick Books Online and a background in automotive repair or body shop environments. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain and reconcile financial records using Quick Books Online.
• Prepare, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Record and track insurance payments, deductibles, and customer copays.
• Support billing processes related to property management, including rent collection and tenant ledger updates.
• Process bank deposits and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Assist with month-end close procedures and generate financial reports.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters professionally and promptly.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation.
• Support general office functions and assist with additional bookkeeping tasks as assigned.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in bookkeeping and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online is required.
• Prior experience working in a car body shop or automotive service environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance claims, payment processes, and coordination is a strong plus.
• Experience in property management accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication and customer service abilities.
• High level of discretion when handling financial records and confidential information.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
