Company in Central El Paso, TX looking for a an Accounts Payable/Admin assistant!!! M-F 7am
-3:30 pm $15.00 Role includes but not limited to:
Manage invoices. Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices. Resolve invoice discrepancies, verify vendor discounts. Monitor expenditures and post to accounting system and individual job expenses. Verify taxable status of items, and account for-adjust and pay accordingly. Schedule payments:
Use our accounting system to schedule/adjust future automated payments. Negotiate payment terms with vendors/suppliers. Answer phone calls, provide customer service and assist with tracking employee hours. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Accounts Payable experience

Preferred Experience:
