Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

• 1. Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.
• 2. Analyzing complex financial records and reports.
• 3. Collaborative with the financial team to perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• 4. Analyzing financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• 5. Reporting on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• 6. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• 7. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• 8. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• 9. Performing variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations.
• 10. Assisting with financial and tax audits.
• 11. Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team.

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• 3. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.
• 5. Experience with other finance-related software.
• 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
• 8. Strong attention to detail.
• 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 10. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• 11. Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• 12. Certification such as CMA or CPA is a plus.
