Location: Hybrid (El Paso, TX)

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift between 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday

Are you skilled at providing excellent customer service in an office setting? Kelly Services is hiring a motivated Collections Specialist for our team in El Paso, TX! In this role, you’ll focus on Accounts Receivable and B2B collections —calling business clients to collect on past-due invoices while ensuring every interaction is professional and service-oriented.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with clients regarding past-due accounts, billing questions, and account reconciliation
• Proactively contact business clients to collect on overdue invoices (B2B collections)
• Update payment statuses, post confirmations from cash operations, and address invoice disputes
• Research and resolve accounts receivable issues, working closely with clients and internal teams
• Monitor aged/open items on accounts and assist with reconciliation processes
• Provide world-class customer service to maintain positive client relationships and support client retention
• Prepare and distribute client reports, data files, and correspondence as needed
• Work with banks and other parties to resolve payment issues
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an office or call center environment
• Experience with accounts receivable or B2B collections (calling clients to collect on past-due invoices)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong professional communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
