The Associate Engagement Coordinator provides essential administrative, logistical, and operational support. Responsible for coordinating day-to-day office functions, assisting with program logistics, maintaining documentation, tracking data, and ensuring engagement initiatives, events, and projects run smoothly. Handles multiple tasks, performs physical setup and breakdowns as needed.

Work Experience:

Two years of administrative or program support experience in an office, healthcare, nonprofit, or public-sector environment supporting scheduling, recordkeeping, data entry, and drafting routine correspondence, along with a strong organizational and communication skills required.

License/Registration/Certification

None.

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, recordkeeping, and office support practices.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills for drafting correspondence, taking notes, and interacting with staff and participants.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills , including handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software, including w ord processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database applications .
  • Ability to provide event and program support , including setup, breakdown, and coordinating logistics.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
