Job Summary
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software, compilation of information from various sources, and facilitating small‑scale projects. It also includes general office duties such as word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.
- HS Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- Effective oral and written communication, problem‑solving, basic research, and time‑management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Accurate and rapid data entry skills.
