* ** Pay Range: $16*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Create, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for crews and projects
+ Coordinate with projects managers, supervisors, and technicians to confirm availability and priorities
+ Communicate schedule confirmations and updates to internal teams and customers
+ Monitor scheduling conflicts, capacity issues, and deadlines
+ Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation within ERP, calendars, and SharPoint systems
** What's Needed?*
* + 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, operations support, or administrative coordination
+ Experience supporting field teams, projects, or service operations preferred
+ ERP, dispatch, or scheduling system experience strongly preferred
+ Strong organization, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
+ Bilingual Spanish preferred (English required)
