Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Clerk to join our team on the East side of El Paso. This role is responsible for supporting customs clearance operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and assisting with import/export documentation.
- Processing and reviewing cross-border shipments and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
- Data entry and system updates
- Communicating with internal teams, carriers, and clients to resolve shipment issues
- Supporting daily operational tasks as needed
- Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
