Data Entry Clerk (Bilingual) – Entry Level (Full time)

FULL-TIME POSITION (Entry-Level)

  • Pay: $10.00 – $13.00/hour
  • Hours:

    Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (half hour lunch break)
  • Availability:
    May require working after hours during the annual enrollment period (Sept‑Jan)

The Data Entry Clerk plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations by managing client records, processing applications, maintaining accurate data, and assisting our team with administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Record Management
  • Accurately enter client information, applications, and documentation into company databases and software systems.
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Update existing records and maintain current client information.
  • Verify data by comparing source documents with entered information.
  • Correct errors and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic files and records.
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining client files and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries as requested.
  • Track pending documentation and follow up on missing information.
  • Support office staff with administrative and clerical duties.
  • Assist with processing applications and related paperwork.
  • Quality Control & Compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
  • Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
  • Follow established procedures for document retention and record keeping.
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to company standards for data security and confidentiality.
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
    • Proficiency with computers, data entry systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email applications.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
    • Experience working in healthcare, insurance, medical office, or customer service environments.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • Familiarity with document management systems and electronic record keeping.
