SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven Digital Document Service Specialist to support high-volume document processing and imaging operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production-focused environment, enjoys working with technology, and takes pride in delivering highly accurate work under defined service standards.
The Digital Document Service Specialist supports digital imaging and document processing operations by classifying, indexing, and validating scanned documents while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do Document Imaging & Processing- Classify scanned documents and input information into predefined system fields
- Review and validate scanned documents to ensure quality and accuracy
- Match corresponding paperwork to appropriate accounts and apply established business rules
- Process high-volume digital documents while meeting required SLAs and productivity standards
- Perform fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry
- Maintain attention to detail while handling sensitive and confidential information
- Verify data accuracy and resolve document discrepancies when identified
- Ensure document indexing and classification standards are followed consistently
- Adhere to all governmental regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
- Protect organizational assets and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Uphold ethical business practices and workplace compliance requirements
- Assist with additional operational tasks and cross-functional support as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High-volume data entry experience
- Fast and accurate alpha-numeric typing skills
- Comfortable working in a production and technology-driven environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with document imaging or scanning software
- Experience in document processing, records management, or digital operations environments
- Experience working within SLA-driven production settings
- Attention to detail and operational precision
