Responsibilities- Provide daily administrative support to managers, people leaders, and team members.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistical support for internal and external events.
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain department records, files, and documentation in compliance with BD policies.
- Manage office supplies, purchase orders, and vendor coordination as needed.
- Assist in organizing departmental activities, training sessions, and town halls.
- Collect, prepare, and validate data for reports, dashboards, and departmental summaries.
- Support budget tracking by monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices.
- Maintain accurate logs, databases, and SharePoint/Teams files.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Ensure timely communication between leadership, associates, and cross-functional teams.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Support onboarding of new associates by coordinating access, equipment, and orientation materials.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the needs of the business and site operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or regulated environment preferred.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to Detail & Documentation Accuracy.
- Strong Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Ability to support onsite activities as needed.
