- 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
Job Description- Assist with day to day activities within the office
- Maintain department calendars and schedules
- Prepare for meetings and arrange any necessary travel
- Review invoices for proper approval
Physical Requirements- Must be able to remain in a sitting and/or standing position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
