Responsibilities :

General Bookkeeping duties... if you know, you know.

Project / job file creation and tracking

Human Resources, employee records, Company Policy compliance

Skills :

Accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Good communication skills and able to work well with other members of the team

High attention to detail when reviewing and creating documentation

Understanding of inventory management and budgeting platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience requirements :

Prior job experience in Bookkeeping and Office Administration. Computer experience with accounting software (Foundations), Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
