Quick Service Technician

Job Summary:

Mission Chevrolet is seeking a skilled Quick Service Technician to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a commission-based full-time technician, you will play a crucial role in our dealership by performing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements in an efficient and timely manner

• Diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues, such as fluid leaks, worn belts, and faulty bulbs

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance to customers

• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety and quality standards

• Keep accurate and detailed records of all services and repairs performed

• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive service experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a Quick Service Technician in the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent customer service skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
