We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service or trailer repair, with excellent customer service skills. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their trailer service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing strong upselling techniques.
• Prepare accurate estimates for services based on customer requests and trailer diagnostics.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services performed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Stay updated on automotive repair trends, technologies, and dealership policies.

• Previous dealership experience is preferred, with a focus on trailer repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive diagnostics, trailer maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspension, alignment, oil changes, tire services, shocks & struts, air brakes, diesel engine repair, and auto body repair.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
• Experience in sales or service writing within an automotive environment is highly desirable.
