- Perform complete collision repairs according to OEM and manufacturer specifications.
- Repair both heavy structural damage and light-to-moderate cosmetic damage
. - Perform frame, structural, panel replacement, body alignment, and metal repair work.
- Review repair estimates and verify correct parts before beginning repairs.
- Identify and document supplemental damage and communicate additional repair needs.
- Maintain repair quality while meeting productivity goals.
- Work closely with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient vehicle completion.
- Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Properly use all required personal protective equipment.
- 5+ years of professional collision repair experience
- Ability to immediately contribute in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience performing both structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Strong frame repair and metal finishing skills
