• Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping to ensure smooth site operations.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing staff, financials, and vendors for successful building operations.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Respond promptly to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well‑maintained, including overseeing critical systems like HVAC and GMP areas.

• Experience with building systems, vendor management, and construction oversight.
• Familiarity with GMP environments, critical systems, and regulatory standards such as FDA audits.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP‑based systems, VMS, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of related experience, with a background in facilities management or similar roles.
