Strategic Planner – Responsibilities
- Assess the company's goals.

- Prepare reports on strategy ideas for senior management.
- Present research findings to senior management.
- Assess sales metrics to gauge the success of new strategies.
- Provide financial planning and investment advisory services.
- Utilize resources to assess current and prospective talent’s ability to meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with HR Team to implement programs for senior management, middle management, and others.
