Low Voltage Project Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
• Experience:
  
  5 years in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.

Travel: 15–20% of the time.

Work Schedule:

Typical hours are 7a.m.–5p.m. Monday–Friday; work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, with high quality, and in accordance with customer expectations.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Network, establish, and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Work with the Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings (e.g., ORM, Staffing Meeting, Jobsite Meetings, Project Manager Meeting, Financial Meeting).
• Participate in bi‑annual field performance reviews, conduct effective employee performance reviews, coach employees on growth opportunities, maintain high‑integrity relationships, and establish field merit wage increases.
• Partner with Human Resources to optimize recruiting, selection, employee relations, and other related topics for direct reports.
• Review outgoing estimates with the Estimating Department to ensure accuracy.
• Visit various job sites and interact with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to ensure proper job progress and support safe behavior.
