Job Overview
The Vendor Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer routing guides, shipping requirements, labeling standards, and transportation specifications while minimizing financial risk. Acts as a liaison between internal teams and customers to resolve compliance issues, drive corrective actions, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve compliance issues, drive corrective actions, and improve operational performance.
- Utilize data analysis, chargeback trends, and customer scorecards to identify risks and support continuous improvement.
- Partner cross‑functionally to test, validate, and deploy new labels, label data, and shipping documentation to meet customer specifications.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance practices to internal stakeholders.
- Review and summarize customer compliance requirements; evaluate non‑standard requests and secure waivers when necessary.
- Maintain detailed compliance documentation and coordinate IT tickets for system enhancements.
- Coordinate customer testing, validate results, and approve successful implementations.
- Review chargeback reports, validate, code, and process chargebacks, and investigate discrepancies.
- Analyze chargeback and performance data to identify corrective action opportunities.
- Prepare compliance performance reports, scorecards, and corrective action summaries on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review performance and establish corrective action plans.
El Paso, TX – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 1‑2 days remote).
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in root‑cause analysis.
- 3+ years of customer‑service experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of OBIA, Oracle, and/or similar ERP systems with ability to interpret compliance‑related data.
- Ability to analyze compliance issues, identify underlying causes, and support corrective action development.
