Construction Laborer

Texas Sterling is hiring Construction Laborers to join our team in El Paso, TX.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced teams in the field, assisting with day-to-day operations and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  , including proper care of tools and equipment
• Load, transport, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies as needed on the jobsite
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, grading, and spreading dirt or gravel using hand tools
• Assist crews with various phases of construction
  , including site preparation and utility work
• Travel between job sites as required to support project needs
• Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure efficient and productive operations
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop skills for advancement into higher-level roles
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success

• Minimum 1 year of construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical, hands‑on work
  , including site cleanup, digging, and use of basic hand tools
• Physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. or more and working in a demanding outdoor environment
• Reliable transportation to and from various job sites
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
