Texas Sterling Construction is seeking motivated Construction Laborers in El Paso, TX. In this role, you'll assist experienced teams with day-to-day operations on roadway and utility projects, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll perform physical tasks including loading materials, digging, and assisting with construction phases. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of construction experience and be capable of lifting heavy loads.
