In this role, you will be working as a Permit Coordinator for a client that works in the commercial construction industry. This position will be responsible for working with permitting offices and internal staff to ensure permits are submitted in a timely fashion.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role is a remote opportunity.
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Able to read construction plans
- Reponsible for working with permitting office
- Able to fill out permit applications, submit plans to building departments and acquire building permits for projects
- Track plan review comments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
