Traveling Electrical Superintendent - Data Center Construction

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction operations on a large-scale data center project in Texas. This is a traveling role supporting high-profile builds across the U.S., offering top-tier compensation, strong per diem, and long-term project stability

The ideal candidate will have strong mission-critical experience and the ability to lead field operations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Manage and supervise all electrical field activities
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
• Review project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
• Mentor and support field supervision and electricians
• Assist with change orders and project-related takeoffs

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction experience
• 3+ years in an Electrical Superintendent role
• Data center or mission-critical project experience required
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV switch gear, UPS systems, PDUs, ATS/STS, generators, and grounding systems
• Journeyman License, Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience preferred
