Operations Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction operations on a large-scale data center project in Texas. This is a traveling role supporting high-profile builds across the U.S., offering top-tier compensation, strong per diem, and long-term project stability
.
The ideal candidate will have strong mission-critical experience and the ability to lead field operations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all electrical field activities
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
- Review project drawings, specifications, and installation requirements
- Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
- Mentor and support field supervision and electricians
- Assist with change orders and project-related takeoffs
- 7–10+ years of electrical construction experience
- 3+ years in an Electrical Superintendent role
- Data center or mission-critical project experience required
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV switch gear, UPS systems, PDUs, ATS/STS, generators, and grounding systems
- Journeyman License, Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical Facilities
