Construction Manager/ Foreman
Job Role s and Responsibilities
Manage OSP, fiber optic, aerial, underground, trenching, boring, and telecom construction projects.
Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Conduct field visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project progress.
Review engineering drawings, permits, construction plans, and project documentation.
Manage permitting activities and coordinate with utility providers.
Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
Identify project risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles to maintain project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and quality requirements.
Communicate project updates, risks, and progress with clients and internal teams.
Improve project workflows, field operations, and overall project efficiency.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications and CertificationsMinimum 3+ years of project management experience in telecom, fiber, OSP, or construction.
Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
Strong knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction.
Ability to read engineering drawings, permits, utility maps, and construction plans.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license.
Industry certifications related to telecom, fiber, or construction are preferred.
