Site Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Summary Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Manage daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards while serving as the primary point of contact for field crews, subcontractors, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day field operations, construction activities, and material/equipment logistics.
Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively resolving delays.
Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Conduct daily site inspections for quality control and maintain daily progress logs.
Review blueprints, drawings, and collaborate with Project Managers on budgets and change orders.
Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and manage project closeout/punch lists.
Qualifications
Required: 5+ years of construction supervision experience (commercial/industrial), OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain), and proficiency in reading blueprints.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and experience with scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering and First Aid/CPR certification.
Physical Requirements / Environment
Ability to work on active construction sites in various weather conditions, navigate uneven terrain, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Standard hours may extend to early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on project demands.
