Construction Manager – Hyperscale Data Center:
Build the Future of Mission‑Critical Infrastructure
We are seeking Construction Managers to support the delivery of a large‑scale, state‑of‑the‑art data center campus in El Paso, Texas. This multi‑phase development represents one of the most significant mission‑critical infrastructure projects in the region, featuring multiple data center buildings, network facilities, and supporting infrastructure.
What You’ll Do- Lead day‑to‑day construction activities in partnership with General Contractors and trade partners.
- Coordinate site logistics, access planning, and construction operations to support efficient project execution.
- Champion and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all site safety requirements and best practices.
- Monitor project quality, schedule, and cost performance to drive predictable project outcomes.
- Track project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain alignment between construction teams and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local authorities, project partners, and cross‑functional teams as required.
- Support preconstruction efforts, including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and procurement activities.
- Assist with project reporting, documentation, forecasting, and overall construction management processes.

- Knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and project controls.
- Familiarity with site logistics, quality management, and risk mitigation practices.

This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
