Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large‑scale data center construction project in El Paso. This role requires strong ownership across procurement, project financials, and client communication in a high‑paced environment.

• Manage procurement, project budget impact, and overall execution
• Oversee data center‑related construction efforts (high voltage/substation)
• Lead client communication and reporting
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project deliverables
• Partner closely with construction managers and field leadership
• Work onsite full‑time supporting a multi‑year build

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Background in data centers, substations, or high voltage utility work
• Strong procurement and client‑facing experience
• Ability to manage fast‑paced, long‑hour construction projects
• Experience impacting project budget and execution
• Previous data center build experience
• Utility + electrical infrastructure background
• Long‑term project experience (multi‑year builds)
