• Lead all Quality Control activities from project startup through completion
• Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards
• Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors
• Identify issues early and drive effective corrective actions
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution

Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License or Graduate of an ABET-Accredited Engineering Program

USACE CQCSM Certification

6+ Years of Construction Quality Management Experience

2+ Years of Structural Concrete Experience

2+ Years of Structural Backfill Experience

• USACE or Federal Construction
• Heavy Civil or Infrastructure Projects
• Structural Concrete Construction
• Military or Public Works Projects
• Design-Build Construction
