- Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractor sequencing, and workforce productivity.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules in partnership with Project Managers.
- Enforce OSHA compliance, conduct daily site inspections, and maintain jobsite records.
- Lead project startup, site logistics, QA/QC, punch list completion, and project closeout.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison for owners, architects, inspectors, and trades.
- 5–10+ years of construction field experience, including 3+ years supervising field operations
. - Proven background in Commercial or Multifamily construction projects.
- Strong ability to read drawings, interpret specs, and manage fast-paced field environments.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
, and construction scheduling. - OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred, or equivalent field experience.
