Project Manager

• Generate business and establish, maintain, and develop customer relationships
• Provide general management of electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects
• Plan, organize, and staff electrical, automation, and MES construction projects
• Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, on time, with high quality, and according to customer expectations
• Promote positive company culture and constructive employee relations
• Coordinate materials with the Purchasing Department and vendors
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including jobsite, staffing, project management, and financial meetings
• Participate in bi-annual field performance reviews and conduct timely employee performance reviews
• Coach employees on future growth opportunities and establish field merit wage increases
• Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, selection, employee relations, and related matters for direct reports
• Review outgoing estimates with the Estimating Department for accuracy
• Visit jobsites and interact with crews, customers, foremen, and general contractors to monitor progress and encourage safe behavior

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or another related field, OR 5 years of experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred
• Willingness to travel 15–20%
• Ability to work typical hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, with availability at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
• Successfully pass a background and drug test
• Ability to oversee electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects and staff
