I'm representing an established, employee-owned national general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major hyperscale data centre projects in Virginia or Texas.
With individual projects valued up to $500 million, this is an opportunity to take a leading role in delivering complex, technically demanding construction projects within one of the industry's fastest-moving sectors.
The Package- Base salary up to $250,000
- Additional 20% bonus opportunity
You'll lead field execution on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects, driving construction sequencing, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality and programme performance.
Working closely with project leadership and trade partners, you'll be responsible for maintaining momentum across complex construction activities, resolving challenges and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.
What You'll Bring- Proven experience as a General Superintendent or in a comparable senior field leadership role.
- Strong command of construction sequencing, scheduling, logistics and subcontractor management.
- The ability to coordinate multiple trades and lead high-performing field teams.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality, problem-solving and programme delivery.
- The leadership presence to drive accountability in a demanding, fast-paced construction environment.
- Hyperscale delivery: Major data centre projects valued up to $500M.
