Video Editor

El Paso Manual Physical Therapy is looking for a Video Editor / Videographer to join our media team.

Your primary job will be to help turn weekly live streams and long-form recordings into engaging You Tube videos, Shorts, Reels, and other digital content.

We’re not just looking for someone who can make videos look good. We want someone who can recognize what is actually worth watching
.

• Record weekly live streams and video productions
• Operate cameras, microphones, and basic lighting equipment
• Review long-form recordings and identify strong hooks, stories, educational moments, and short-form clips
• Create approximately 3–5 long-form videos and 10–20 short-form rough cuts from weekly content
• Remove dead space, repetition, mistakes, and unnecessary tangents
• Improve pacing, framing, audio, and basic captions
• Organize project files for handoff to our Designer / Animator
• Help record and upload our weekly member coaching calls

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Experience with long-form and short-form content
• Ability to operate basic video production equipment
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to receive feedback and work efficiently

Experience with You Tube, livestream production, multi-camera editing, health/fitness content, or After Effects is a plus.

Our Designer / Animator handles final visual polish.

• $18–$22/hour
