Answer customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and inventory status. Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Handle complaints and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist with tracking inventory and processing shipment requests. Ensure smooth communication between the warehouse and other departments.
