Service Receptionist​/BDC

Mission Chevrolet, a leading car dealership in the El Paso area, is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Receptionist. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Service Department. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with a competitive compensation of $15.00 per hour, paid biweekly.

This is a team role, which requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, assisting customers with making appointments and checking on the status of their vehicle as well as getting them transferred to a Service Advisor if needed.

• Greet and assist customers on the phone
• Answer all phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Forward calls to the correct Service Associate

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, early evenings and weekends
• Must be able to work as a team and have communication with teammates and supervisors
• Must be able to multi-task but be able to ask for help when it's needed
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
