Description
Join Fox Acura as a Service Appointment Coordinator! This role is responsible for managing service appointment scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the service team with communication and organization.
Essential Duties- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business.
- Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable.
- Process payments for service contracts as needed.
- Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Customer Focus:
Maintains a professional, friendly approach and prioritizes customer satisfaction in every interaction. - Communication:
Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members through phone, email, and text. - Organization:
Effectively manages multiple appointments, follow-ups, and service tasks with strong attention to detail. - Teamwork:
Collaborates with the Service Advisors, Technicians, and Managers to ensure smooth operations. - Sales & Product Knowledge:
Identifies opportunities to offer additional service options. - Professionalism:
Consistently demonstrates reliability, a positive attitude, and alignment with Fox Auto Team’s service standards.
- $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including:
- Background check
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
- Drug screening
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish required).
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
