Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, HelpDesk/Support, Call Center / Support
Shift & Schedule
40 hours per week (8 hours per day). Monday – Friday: 6 AM–9 PM MST;
Saturday – Sunday: 9 AM–2 PM MST. Flexibility required: must work a flexible 8‑hour shift within the operating hours to support business needs.
El Pasto, TX. Training will be onsite for the first 3–4 weeks Monday‑Friday 7 AM–3:30 PM MST. After training, work will shift to remote.
Job SummaryHCL services a wide variety of brands and services by bringing quality customer service to the experience of our target market. As a Customer Service Agent you will handle inbound and outbound calls, e‑mail, live chat, and social media monitoring (internal and external).
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, e‑mail, live chat, and social media monitoring.
- Provide account management, general queries, order placement, adverse event reporting, and other customer requests.
- Work independently and solve problems, demonstrate critical thinking, multitasking, and computer navigation skills.
- Previous call center experience preferred or strong customer service history.
- Self‑directed, able to work independently.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills; comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and typing while talking.
- HS/GED
- Call center experience/knowledge
- Typing and computer navigation
- Social media knowledge
- Active listening and data entry

PayPay range: $13.50 – $14.00 per hour.
