Customer Support Specialist

Overview

Insight Global is seeking customer service representatives for our client in El Paso for their Retirement Services Operational Support Team. In this role you will help clients with their retirement accounts and provide expert guidance on IRAs (Traditional, Roth, Inherited, ESA) and small business plans (SEP, SIMPLE, QRP, i401k). You will handle transactions like distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding updates.

$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Start Date: October 27th

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM M-F

Pay Rate: $17 - $22 / Hourly

Duration: 6 Month Contract, Extensions or Conversion thereafter.

• Answer client questions and assist with retirement account needs
• Provide clear explanations of retirement rules and processes
• Process account transactions accurately
• Help clients understand IRS regulations and retirement options
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

• 2-4 years’ Experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in finance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to de-escalate client concerns calmly and effectively
• Comfortable using Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Flexible with work hours based on business needs
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with leadership potential

This position is a Contract role based in El Paso, TX. It is part of a Retirement Services Operational Support Team and involves guidance on IRAs and small business retirement plans, as well as handling transactions like distributions and Roth conversions.
