What You’ll Do:As a member of our team, you will be the first contact with our customers working off pre-set appointments. In addition, you will:
Ensure a quality, timely customer experience for our customers by explaining the full product line, features and functions.
Work under pressure by managing a high volume of customer questions while providing an array of services requested by our customers.
Be comfortable working in a team environment, and be willing to work independently when needed.
Understand and explain contract details to customers. Keep paperwork neat and organized when handling sensitive information.
Report trends, issues and feedback learned from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
Eligible candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Good human relations skills to work effectively and professionally with customers.
Basic understanding of equipment and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift 15-30 lbs.
Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance. Hours for this job include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possesses basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 to $3,400 per month
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
