• Process inbound calls using scripts and comprehensive knowledge of cellular phones, billing, and general customer queries.
• Act as a technology troubleshooter: explain cellular device functions, guide customers through SIM card changes, app downloads, and contact management.
• Answer data‑entry, lookup, and related tasks while engaged with the PC for the duration of the shift.
• Operate within PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, and follow client information privacy, no cell‑phone, and local, state and federal wireless standards.
• Use communication tools such as Teams and Outlook, and provide accurate, clear information using available resources.

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma; 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service, Call Center, or desktop application experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with mobile phones, either in a technical support or service capacity.
• Effective communication and literacy skills; ability to read scripted responses naturally with confidence and accuracy.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Time‑management ability and capacity to work with challenging customers while maintaining a positive experience on each call.
