Customer Service

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the bridge between Bedrock Digital and our clients. In this role, you will provide timely support, answer questions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, and helping clients get the most value from our digital solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding services, project updates, and general support requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Document interactions, follow up on open cases, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Proactively communicate updates and set clear expectations with clients.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality

• Previous experience in customer service, client success, account coordination, or a related role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in handling difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Basic understanding of digital services such as web development, marketing, or technology solutions is preferred.
