Jobtailor is seeking a customer support specialist to join our Health Texas project in El Paso. The role focuses on handling inquiries across phone, IVR, web chat, and other channels, while enrolling customers in benefits and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities include data entry, document tracking, and escalation of complex issues. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish), able to work 8:00am–6:30pm CST, and start onsite for training with reliable internet and a home workspace.
