Freight forwarding company located in the lower valley is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their office.
Responsibilities- Manage daily air/ocean import operation.
- Check pre-alert documents for accuracy.
- Cargo tracing with overseas offices and inland carriers.
- Continuous communication with all offices regarding shipment requirements.
- Coordinate with brokers’ customs releases and verify for accuracy.
- Daily communication with customers regarding shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Cargo verification upon arrival to our warehouse.
- Cargo verification before releasing to the consignee.
- Arrange local deliveries and border crossings as required.
- Proper POD notification.
- UFS updating and daily report updating.
- Vendor invoice processing.
During training: 8:30am to 5:30pm with overtime as required. After training, the schedule may change to 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm.
CompensationPay rate $15/hr position could become full‑time with the company.
