What's the Job?
- Provide expert guidance on complex product and service questions related to retirement accounts and small business retirement plans.
- Process various retirement account transactions, including distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding changes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through high-volume inbound calls, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Navigate and explain IRS rules and regulations clearly to clients, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
What's Needed?
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in high-volume call centers within the financial industry.
- Excellent de-escalation and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible shift based on business needs.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with high integrity.
