We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Product Design who will play a key role in enhancing user experiences and integrating AI into our digital products. You will be pivotal in defining our overall UX and creative vision, leading a talented design, creative, and brand team. Your leadership will ensure that design is recognized as a core strategic differentiator across the company.

This role calls for a champion of human-centered and accessible design, elevating UX as a priority for the entire organization. You will spearhead our AI-enabled UX strategy, focusing on identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-powered tools while emphasizing quality, trust, and accessibility.

We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 10 years of product design experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong portfolio showcasing the impact of your web and mobile products on user experience is essential. You should have a proven track record of advocating for UX as a business driver and be fluent in AI-enabled design tools and workflows.

Experience with in digital health, healthcare, behavior change, or other regulated consumer industries is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, possessing the executive presence needed to effectively communicate design vision and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
