A premier ENT group in El Paso is seeking a General Otolaryngologist or ENT Subspecialist to join their doctor-led practice. The position offers a great work-life balance with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, a daily patient census of approximately 25 patients, and surgical opportunities of 7-15 surgeries per week. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with the flexibility to manage diverse cases.

Compensation includes additional paid call, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
