Anesthesiologist Physician

The Hospitals of Providence — a cornerstone of healthcare in the El Paso region for generations — is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join an employed group across their Memorial, Sierra, and East campuses. You'll practice within a nationally recognized health system that includes a Level III Trauma Center, a 140‑bed Providence Children's Hospital, and a Level IV NICU — the highest designation in Texas.

This is a full‑time opportunity with a manageable call schedule, in‑house billing and coding support, and a compensation model built to reward your commitment.

• Full‑time, employed position with Tenet Healthcare / The Hospitals of Providence
• Medical supervision of CRNAs
• Call: 5–6 days per month with a post‑call day off
• Practice across Memorial, Sierra, and East campuses in El Paso
• Multi‑specialty hospital environment including trauma, pediatrics, cardiology, oncology, and women’s services
• Billing, coding, and collections handled in‑house — no administrative burden on you

• Guaranteed base salary with additional compensation available for extra shifts
• 10 weeks PTO

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Spanish‑speaking preferred but not required
